As all of us know, Streamyx have bad routing to overseas ie. UK, Eu, USA, China etc. There’s no way to stop it from happening unless you kill the CEO of TMNUT you just go subscribe to another ISP which is hard because the beoadband industry is being monopoly by TMNET, a subsidary company from TM BHD.
So, to end the routing problem, a fellow forumer in LYN created his own VPN service. And the service has a few category. It’s made up of servers that are located in Singapore. Each server are provided 100Mbps unmetered bandwidth.
Since Singapore have international cables linking to the west reigion, surfing on it is like heaven on Streamyx users like me. I often suffer slow browsing to China websites, UK websites and even sometimes US websites. This service provides just the need that we want — SPEED. Yes, it provide full speed when accessing foreign websites.
So this service is FREE, yes free. You can sign up for an account and they’ll give you a response within 2 days. No installation needed. Just configure in your PC, connect and viola, you have your own free VPN service.
There is a few stages of use of the server in this service.
One is the free server, which holds up to 600+ users. And the other is premium VPN. For the premuim one you need to pay for it. While the free one still remain free.
